thank you for your reply, what I have on the exterior walls of my 1940s house contained by the Uk is like a rough shape cement with stones within it and what looks like white paint over the stones, are you competent to tell me if this is stucco or something else.

Answers: Not sure who "Que" is but it is difficult to answer your cross-question with little info. One would inevitability to look at it in being to be able to hand over you an accurate answer.
However, it does not sound resembling stucco.
