When priming your home, you apply 2 coats of paint. ON the first coat can it be "blotchy"? When i was priming my room my first coat was blotchy i hold not yet applied the 2nd coat but is it ok to be blotchy?
Answers:    Depending on the primer and the walls surface this can happen, especially if you are priming over a wall/ceiling surface that have a sheen, i.e., eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, etc.

Run the second coat out an if you have problems after this let me know and I'll sustain you out.

if you prime your room one coat will do it. I'm not really sure what you mean by blotchy. If you mean similar to the shades a little different in places I would not verbs about it. If you have profusely of run then it will show up when you paint the walls. But one coat of primer and 2 coats of paint and it should look good.
