Hello all, I'm currently living within my sister's house and have be repairing existing issues in the house one by one...fortunately with the aid of my sister. The last focal project is the kitchen ceiling. A few years back, due to the issues contained by the bathroom such as various leak, it has departed stains in the ceiling among other things and the kitchen wants to be replaced. I had one guy come out to lug a look at it and he said that he would email me an estimate tomorrow. I have two more guys coming out to pass me an estimate. The guy that came today said that I would have need of at least 3 5x8 sheets of drywall. I can't catch in touch my clan friend who does this kind of work that I can't seem to be to get a hold of who I know would pass me a great price and do an AMAZING job. I only want to know if there's anyone who knows what the average cost would be merely so that I'm not getting charged a ridiculous amount of money. My kitchen is really small.

Answers:    first off love drywall does does not come contained by 5 by 8 ,it is 4by 8, drywall is time consuming not the drywall installation, but the taping take three coats of mud to look pretty, thats four trips one for the rock and three for the mud, 300 hundred bucks!
