Ok. I am searching for the faultless accent wall color. My living room have 4 white walls (not changing those to brand it easier when I move), light brown couch/chair, and a lavender (medium) diction chair. I am considering doing a modern red acent wall near red curtains and purple as the "accent" in the room. Sage green is too bland, I hold tried it. Was also thinking about a purple elocution wall, but I would like it to appeal to a broader breadth of people since I don't want to own to paint again too much before we move contained by a couple years.
Answers: This might sound a bit bland, but subtlety is good and will endow with you you more options for diction pieces. What with brown and lavender furniture I would stay in the earth-tone range and perchance try a creamy light brown, a mocha color - say aloud the color of coffee with milk contained by it. How light or overcast you go next to this color depends on how brown your couch is.
I definitely would NOT do any form of red. It might nouns nice but will seem terrifically pseudo-trendy and quickly become dated.
do the red..you are with the sole purpose doing one wall and if you do have to paint contained by three years...you will have have three years with an eye catching wall that will really be great looking i bet..i love bold colors my husband wont permit me paint the bold colors..im having to do neutrals..lol sucks for me
