Answers:    It's probably impossible to not own to pay ANY money, but if you want up to date furniture, you can buy it from a used furniture for cheaper and then paint it a fresh color. It will look brand trial!

Decoration needs to spend some money. Do it yourself would retrieve you money, still you have to spend some....Try pastel color, hang with flowers, butterfly, ornate pillows on your bed.....Look at this website for more ideas.
