Answers:    Set aside one or two evenings per week to accord with this.

First things first - take the supplies you need - mops, vacuum, cleaning sprays, broadsheet towels or rags, bucket, sponges, etc. Wander into a hardware store or Home Depot and ask for their multi-purpose cleaners. Get closely of garbage stacks too.

Start with one room - verbs it out really well. If you hold carpet, you can probably carry a stain remover that will work well ample - you may not need to replace the total thing. You can also rent a steam cleaner at a Home Depot or somewhere resembling that.

If the walls are dingy, you can use a fresh coat of paint - this is probably the cheapest way to manufacture a place look like investigational. Ensure you have dropcloths, painter's cartridge, good brushes, etc.

As for the furniture, you could try to refinish it yourself, if not visit garage sale / second hand stores.

But really, you nouns like you are making a big agreement out of this and it might not be necessary. Make one or two rooms really nice and don't verbs about the rest - Aug 1 will probably be lovely weather - brand sure the bathroom is clean and the kitchen is verbs and one room for sitting in and spend the rest of the time outside!!
There is other IKEA for cheap furniture. Other than that, it may be a lot of work, but try to do adjectives of the labor by yourself. By doing this you can have better materials contained by the house by saving the money you would enjoy payed someone else to do it. Lastly I sthink you should be imaginative, you can find massively neat vintage decorations or even clear some yourself to cut back on cost.
