What is the best way to stamp the small gaps between plaster board sheets beforehand painting?
Answers:    I'll tender you the same answer I give asker Donna J.

First you apply some putty at the joints next to a putty spatula (about a 4" wide spatula) next you apply the tape over the putty and afterwards pull the spatula over the cassette. This presses the tape and putty flat on the joint. When this is dry (about a day later) pinch a wide spatula (6 inches) and wipe more putty over the taped combined and pull it smooth (this is done near a kind of squeegie motion). Don't press too complicated just sufficient to remove the excess and move off it smooth.

When this dries sand lightly (to find smooth) then apply primer to stamp the porous putty and then apply paint once the primer dries.
