I am a PBteen customer and I am very frustrated beside shipping matters. I ordered a slack wallpaper mural the 20th and was shipped on the 22nd. I haven't received my bag in the post yet! have this happened to anyone? shouldn't i be getting it soon?

You should allow 5-7 business days for regular ground shipping and later with New Years, in good health, a lot own people enjoy been taking break days. It does seem approaching a long time. I would call and own them put a trace on it. Crazy things can happen. Scrooge's stealing packages, etc. Hope you can receive your answer.
