Parquet Hardwood or Laminate Flooring? I have an opportunity to purchase some hardwood tile at a lower...

I have an opportunity to purchase some hardwood tile at a lower than laminate price (400 sq. ft. for $250). My question is, is it really that devout of an idea? I live within a rental and my landlord have okayed it, but consequently again, not really my place. My brother will install it (he used to install professionally), so installation ease really isn't a problem. It will be going into a living room/kitchen nouns. We have 3 dogs, and a little one on the way. The information I'm competent to find almost seems resembling laminate would be a better choice for me, but I so much prefer the look of real wood. Any body out here have any reason for one or the other???
Answers:    Where hardwood will raise the appeal of the property (which is not really to your advantage, but the property owner's), laminate flooring give you the look of real wood, but beside less conservation. I've attached a few links below that talks a bit more more or less this.

Good luck, whatever you desire!
Dogs tend to scratch hardwood. Laminate will hold up powerfully. Both are good to maintain down allergens. Remember you are adding efficacy to someone else's property. I agree with you, although the look of hardwood is great, laminate might be a better choice within this case.
