we are painting my friends room for her birthday, resourcefully a feture wall.
her room is greeny, not like fluro but not grey green.
we thought maybe a reddy brown?
what colours would step good??

You have loads of different option to go beside green.

Different shades of green would go (too boring I don`t know?) or yellowy-greens, or turquoises.

If you want a dramatic effect, go for a red(that also includes pinks), or an red or purple.

Have a look at a color wheel, locate the green specifically nearest to your friend's room, then any pick colors that are next to the green (yellowy-greens and bluey-greens), differing (red/pink), or at equal spacing around the wheel (purple or orange).
