I was thinking of fine art the top part of my bedroom walls room a reading light blue with white bench railing and painting the bottom piece of my walls black(less than half of my walls). Opinions? I've see it done before and I loved it but I only wanted to see if other individuals thought it would be a good conception. Or should I do a light blue next to a darker shade of blue on the bottom?
only you know wot you resembling, it you've seen it formerly and you like it next go for it. its not the shutting down of the world if you change your mind a short time ago paint over it

If you love it, than it would be fine.

Myself, I do not find black pleasing to the eye on walls. Might I suggest the light blue on the top and a dark or navy blue on the bottom. I would consider a silver or grey bench rail going around the room.

Painting is the elast expensive channel to change a room dramatcally. If you do not close to it, you can pant over it. Black is very rock-hard to paint over. It will take like mad of good power primer to cover that black.

Remember, the more dark you own the smaller the room will seem. I would stay away from the black though myself.

Good luck next to your project!
Answers:    I'd turn with street light blue for the top and navy blue for the bottom factor.
