Hey, I am going to move into my brothers old room and want to paint the barren walls. Hah. Anyway, I want an orangey-yellow something. I'm not sure however, BUT my question is:

If you be painting your room, would you paint the ceiling?
I honestly do not know if I should.

Answers:    The ceiling color does matter. It can abet shape the whole room! It depends on what you close to and what you want the effect to be in the room.
*If you want added flimsiness to the space paint a very tremendously light/almost white blue.
*If you want super cozy but still nedd the space to 'open up' a bit paint the ceiling a shade or two dark than the walls.
*If you want cozy with for a moment 'lightness' paint the ceiling two or four shades lighter than the walls.
*If your ceilings are low-paint the ceiling that amazingly light blue and paint the wall color onto the ceiling going on for 2 or three inches. It will create the illusion of openess.

If the walls are an orangey-yellow, I would paint the ceiling an off-white..or you could just walk out it.
