Answers: I recommend "SEMS" brand spray automotive dye. I own used this on everything from plastic door panels, to places and carpet. I does a fantistic post!
Is the luggage fabric? If so, regular cloth paint will work, but it may not really hold up well if you travel by nouns. Baggage handlers are scandalous for being rough beside the bags. The stacks also get roughed around on the conveyer belts and contained by the baggage compartments. I'm not sure here is a paint that will hold up to that kind of maltreat. If you don't travel by air much, though, it shouldn't be a problem.
