Paint Ideas to step beside Pottery Barn Chase Bedding? Ok...dilemma. I am using the pottery barn kids chase bedding...
Ok...dilemma. I am using the pottery barn kids chase bedding in my nursery. Not crazy almost painting adjectives the walls blue, I think that would be too much blue. I be going to go beside a light independent color on all walls...but nature of wanted something unmatched and different.
Do I do a chair railing? If so, what colors?
Should I do an accent wall of blue?
Are stool rails not okay to enjoy in smaller rooms?
I don't want stripes on the walls because that would be too masses stripes, but maybe some thoughtful of design like that?
Help! :)
Answers: play around near the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the network, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I resembling that you can search by color inherited & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most convincing, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

Personally, I wouldn't do a blue wall color at adjectives. Instead, I would contrast the bedding with a color resembling "lantern light" (# 6687). And then if you want to do a piece wall or some other design, do it in a brown similar to "portabello" (# 6102). Very classy.
the accent wall should be the darkest shade of blue surrounded by that set. You could do the other walls, half this same color blue partly a deep chocolate brown and surrounded by the middle put a nauticle border(should be pretty wide) something with sailboats. Around the top of the room where on earth the ceiling meets the wall tag on white rope(like you would see in a boat organization, make sure its big around ample for effect purposes) this creates a moulding effect that draws your eyes around the room. make the room whimsical, donate nauticle themed accents ie.. drift wood shelves, lantern, life preserver, lattice in corner to hold stuffed animals etc...diction pieces can be either white, blue(light & dark) red, choc. brown or black. Have fun next to it. Hope this helps
