Help! My mom won't listen to my design ideas so I was wondering if someone else could endow with ideas. Awhile ago we had re-done our bathroom and concluded up using a light blue for trim. Getting tired of it we re-painted it. Now we have fixed on a mint/sage green color scheme but are stuck with the weak black and white checkered floor. I say go beside a matching or complimenting green color for the accent color but she won't listen. So, Does anyone else enjoy any color ideas for me to pass by her. Here are some pics:

i am rather confused by what you have changed and what you want changed, but here is what i think

i dont approaching the blue. i think sage is much better
if you are stuck with the floor consequently make the sage work with it by using sage, white and black appurtenances to the bathroom.

if you can change the floor, make it adjectives white, as it doesnt date and will go with any colour job.
