any ideas for my contemporary room?
im 14 and will be moving sometime this summer, so i will have a verbs slate to work with.
the lone furniture i have is my bed frame (which is merely a metal bottom with wheel. i also have my electric piano which can be moved well, because its on a stand.
i really like colors, and ikea :] can you please please pleaaseee endow with me some ideas?
i vibrant purple on the walls and red oil lamp covers. make at smallest one of your walls into a collage with really great magazine pictures. i'd get hold of rid of your bed frame and just put the matresses on the floor. if you own furniture paint the frames black.

If your parents are letting you buy unusual furniture - congrats! Find something you can live in duplicate house with for the subsequent 50 years, because if you get "good" furniture you will pilfer it when you move out.
Think of what you like - do you want cute little flowers on a wallpaper, or do you want black and white next to red accents next to a rock star theme? Decide that in the past you go shopping. Have a matter in mind so when you run shopping you can think around what will fit in next to your theme.
Answers: Depends what you're into. I ordered an Ikea Catalog ~ which be free & just go thru it til I found stuff I liked, & after cut it out & put it all within a box til I was done going thru it.
Then U basically dump the box & start trying to match stuff together.
I'd vote Ikea varies from Modern to Contemporary to Industrial decorate trends. So pretty much anything should go w/ one another ~ lately try to pick a few colors to work w/ per scheme. :)
