Answers:    First off...what you want or what you inevitability can not be picked by someone that may or may not have impossible to tell apart life style as you....or impossible to tell apart income. It is up to you to choose what you want or need within your house. I have see things in home that they said they needed....but after rarely used. How can you necessitate something and not use it?

Just make sure you don't over do it and failure up losing it all because you over did it when it comes to the budget close to hundreds of other people hold done these last few years.

Your first home should not be that dream home that cost so much you and your nearest and dearest can not do anything else except stay home and make house payments....because likelihood are most you as most of the people out at hand will move in 4 to 5 years.

Check this site out.... http://www.hud.gov . They hold a lot of foreclosed homes you can bring at a low cost...which gives you more money for other things around the house, as economically as those fun times away from the house. Most of these houses only involve some minor repairs, paint job, and perchance some new runner...at a fraction of the cost of a new one or even if you compare it to the house subsequent door.

Good Luck
many homes are sold next to appliances included, so that may not be an issue. with that copious bathrooms, you'll probably going to need to buy more towels, tub mats, bathroom accessorie.carry in mind that you don't own to furnish every room before you move surrounded by and that as you live in the home, you will seize a beter picture of what that specific house needs to function powerfully. maybe a vist to a furnished show home will make a contribution you an idea of how a larger home is furnished. also, most foreign homes are painted 'builder's white", so you shouldn't purchase furnishings and linens until you have chosen paint colurs for respectively room.
the house sounds wonderful. i hope you are able to purchase it and enjoy many bullish years there.
