Try a mattress store---- LOL. No, but seriously, be careful with buying a mattress from only just anywhere. Often times, small stores find used mattresses in the garbage dump and only put a new cover on them and sell them as brand new. Then months later you get bed bugs and call a halt up having to not only buy a current mattress but also hiring a exterminator. I actually seen this done.
If you don't hold the money at the moment to buy a mattress from a reputable place, just get a nouns mattress.

Answers:    There have been several investigative reports across the US concerning used mattresses and people/companies who sell "new" mattresses. These reports always indicated that the so call "new" mattresses bought from ads on the side of the road, web add like an ebay or Craigslist type of sites were ALWAYS refurbished and several contained various insects (bed bugs) within- even though they were hermetically sealed (usually sealed by the seller). Buyer definitely beware! Buying a used mattress is resembling buying used underwear.
