My room is going to be threatening purple, what color should i paint my walls?(no shady colors)?
Awesome! I would choose a favorite tone of green (if you look at an eggplant - contained by France its called an "aubergine"), it's a gorgeous blackish purple, but the stem area is a lovely shade of green and because it's spirit, it's a beautiful combination!

This picture doesn't show the purple color massively well, but it does show the color of the stem..
I would use different textures too -
Have fun!
play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the net, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can go through by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most natural, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think "panda white" (# 6147) would be a polite choice.
You can also take a photo of your room & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can catch an idea of what it will look like.
A nice rose pink, a good match for the purple. lilac would look nice or you could do one largest wall dark purple and the rest cream hope this helps
sage green looks dutiful with purple, or u could go next to a lighter shade of purple and use accent pieces of sage green and purple in them, such as rugs, pictures, curtains, but don't use alot of articulation pieces it will make it look cluttered. You could go near a soft lavender shade, but I like greens and blues with purple best. Pick a color close to "Icelandic" or "Romaine" or "Violet Vignette" from this site
