My mom and i are redo my room.so far we hold two walls painted purple and two walls painted gray...?

we don't know what we can do to design the walls. i'm kinda into punk rock, metal, the 60's, and rock, but we can't find anything that looks good enough to paint on my walls...please comfort.
Any suggestions for covering a slimy patch earlier...

Look at the art of Peter Max. His art be the signature style of 60's rock that was the predecessor of punk and metal. It was colorful, exaggerated, beside almost a graffiti feel to it. Once you see it, you can see how you might adapt something else near that vibe, maybe a combination of old and latest music artists you like. Dropping down 18"-24" from the ceiling, you might paint a broad border of the artists names within the Max style. It's the sort of thing you could add to or progress as your tastes change.
