Answers:    I am not sure what generous of fiberglass that you are referring to, but Home Depot and Lowes have fiberglass insulation, fiberglass cloth, and fiberglass panel (maybe).
If they don't have the fiberglass panel you might contact a company called Marlite. They get all kind of waterproof wainscot panel and FRP commercial kitchen wall panels.

A lumberyard. Home Depot or Lowes will hold what you need. A lumberyard may be better because they aren't as commercial as the other two.
