When we bought our house the previous owner had two standard material shower curtains, one at each finish of the rod (and outside the vinyl liner), that were folded contained by such a way that within were three grommets on respectively hook.
I was not competent to get a honest look at the method she had used in the past my wife had the curtains down and surrounded by the wash, but she (my wife) have been expecting me to replicate the pleats for times past three years. I may have gotten close, but not equal.
Any suggestions?

Answers: I would call the previous owner rather. She would be thrilled to know you liked them that much. Or look through HGTV.com shows, penetrating "curtains". Good Luck
