Lemon Pledge on vinyl window and sliding door? I've been told that lemon Pledge will support my windows fly...

I've been told that lemon Pledge will support my windows fly more easily. Since Pledge is originally for wood, will it discolor the vinyl? It is white and lone installed a few months ago so I don't want to ruin the color or texture.

Also, I was thinking of using it on my sliding cup patio door instead of WD40 (to construct it glide smoother). Will it be risky to metal?

Anything good or desperate effects would also be appreciated.
What color should i paint my room?
Answers:    This will be fine and does work and I have used Pledge for this. WD40 is moral but dust etc. will stick to it.
