Answers:    The first belief is the best, but yes, only if you choose a dull purple instead of the hot pink bedding. Here's why: I was watching Oprah sometime, and she had a bedroom decorate guru on. He said that you want your bedroom to be soothing looking, so pick colors that are soothing and nothing bright or jolting. He be picking dark powder blues and lavenders for the "perfect" bedroom colors. You can still own a pretty, girly, beautiful bedroom beside soft colors. BTW, I really like the packages that hang on the wall to spell out your describe. That is really youthful, which is what I surmise *you want* to bring into your room. So some "kewl" accessories similar to those can make your room screech, "I'm a hip teen," while letting you get some rest. ;-)
