I¡¯m thinking of remodeling my kitchen. I¡¯d like to join as much value to my house as possible. It seem that the most people close to an openness between the dining/living nouns and the kitchen. I live in an elder house with plentifully ¡°old world charm¡±. I¡¯d like to raze the wall between my Kitchen and dining room, but it has a really nice built-in hutch. I¡¯m trying to digit out of it would make more sense to destroy the wall on either side of the hutch, departure it standing on its own like an island, sacrifice the hutch alltogether within the interest of modernization, or remodel the kitchen and leave it closed bad from the dining room. What would be best for adding efficacy?
Answers: I hate it when the TV Show designers voice " just knock out that wall" and sympathetic up the space. Walls are there for a purpose- heck some of them even hold up the ceiling !!
This could be a nouns bearing wall - What Up!
Go modern - a modern kitchen surrounded by an old world house shows you are eclectic. You similar to the charm - but you want that High Tech modern Kitchen.
Just don't mix it in the kitchen - No granite tops and an weak style stove. Keep it the same contained by the kitchen.
I'd knock the wall out around the Hutch and have a bit of both. If the rest of the house is elderly world you don't wanna take away from that, but they hold some very cool appliance and countertop option that can tie in modern near old world.
