I am moving into a house that has nice cabinet, a neutral color, they are basically really scratched up. I want to know what the least expensive solution could be. I dont know if possibly painting over them would be apt, but then again the color isnt that problem. im a girl and i dont know much something like painting cabinet so please keep it as simple as possible..lol..any how to video out there? lol Thank you so much!!
I just want to give that they make frequent different colored "crayons" that match the color of your finish. It's really intended to hide small dings and scratch but may work in your situation as ably. You can find them at your local hardware store if you feel this is practical.

It depends on the fabric of the cabinets. If they are wood, afterwards you will have a much easier time. You can sand them down and paint them or you could stain them. Try going to Home Depot or Lowe's. They will be capable of hand you adjectives the tools and instruction you will need.

It's not too knotty, even for a girl! Sanding can be tedious, but in recent times take one cabinet at a time and you'll be finished within no time!
Answers:    If the cabinet are real wood, the best style to disguise scratches is next to a product called Old English. You can find it at simply about any grocery or hardware. It comes contained by two colors, dark and feathery. It's an oil base furniture treatment which contains pigment. When you wipe it on the wood, the pigment is absorbed by the undressed wood areas (the scratches) which makes them blend within better with the undamaged areas. Use a soft cloth to apply, and another soft cloth to wipe bad the excess oil. If the scratch are deep, you can purchase a wax filler stick at the hardware store. They look approaching brown crayons. You smudge the scratch beside the stick, then buff the nouns with a soft cloth. It's really difficult to paint cabinet and make them look nice. Usually they are manufactured moderately with unadulterated wood and partially beside vinyl that has be made to look like wood. The wood parts paint other, but the vinyl never does. The paint beads up on the surface and looks resembling orange prepare. Hope this helps.
