Answers:    No it isnt.....You would have to put on 4-5 coats to take a good finish...
Its false cutback, buy something like Crown or Dulux..Granted you pay envelope for it but you will be going back to Tesco if you use their own paint and will spend more than if you bought apposite paint in the first place...
Time and again I own to tell my clients "Get fitting paint"...Slowly they are learning.
