We just re did our floor in the dinning room, and within are a few nicks on the floor from furniture. Is there a track to spot "treat" them?
Is the wood part dug out specifically nicked. If so...you can use a small amount of water to cram the nick in.immediately use a rag over the spot and press on it with a hot iron. Don't hod it here too long and you may not have to use the whole bottom of iron to cover the nick area. the steam will raise the dug out spot. Once it comes up satisfactory...block sand it...then color with proper stain and ending.put clear coat of polyurethane.

When you say you redid the floors does that denote that you sanded them down and then restained and polyurethaned them again (sometimes the stain and urethane are mixed to store time)?

If you havent refinished them as stated above you can do that to the entire floor and depending on the depth of the nicks you can fill surrounded by the spots with a stainable wood putty (filler) let that become inflexible and then sand that down flat with the wood and stain.polyurethane them and you are apt to go. Thats the recommended method. You can do the same to merely the areas that have the nicks but I will put on alert you that it could end up looking "patchy" and I am sure you do not want that.
If the Nicks are just resembling small not deep scratches surrounded by the finish you can get furniture markers and do a cover up, freshly match the marker near the stain on the floors. I would also suggest that if its because of the furniture moving on the floor that made the stratchs that you buy some felt and glue it do the foot of the furniture to stop this from happening again.
Answers:    well depends on how bad they are..but for to bad you can sand lightly if doomed to failure you can use bondo...
