I'm sensitive by your question. You produce a long list of amenities and luxuries that masses do not have, yet you want us to administer an opinion as to whether your home is a "mansion" or not. Why? Why would it matter to you? Or to us?

To some, it would to be sure be a mansion, while to others, nah, just servants' quarters.

In my world, this is a normal house except we have 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. We don't do individual pools because we hold a community clubhouse with pools, tennis and basketball courts, exercise rooms and a full service house to host parties. You can call for it a mansion if you want but frankly I believe what I call a mansion starts around 8,000 sq. ft. not 4,000. If you have 8,000 sq. ft. afterwards you can consider yourself in the mansion arena only if you really hold to quantify your home. I just consider myself very lucky to hold such a nice home and environment.
