Answers: My contractor is placeing a product called ALLOC which is a material wood lamanate not just a photo approaching Pergo. This stuff locks together with a metal stamp creating a truly seamless floor. Also has built-in nouns barrier. He say the "origional" or "commercial" grade are the better of the two. There is a "domestic" title which is not of the same standard. I am haveing the "origional" grade surrounded by Japanese Cherry put into my Day Care. That word should have said it adjectives on the amount of traffic this place gets. I enjoy had the opourtunity to see adjectives of the grades side by side. This stuff is amazing looking. Also using the commercial grade tile within the Day Care Bathroom. They have a pattern site. Pricing close to hard wood. Instalation much more simple.
Make sure to use a glorious quality flooring. and you'll be fine.
Most come next to a 15-20 year warranty. Commercial grade flooring have even better warranties. They'll closing for ever in a residential application.
