We have an extremely small, cramped laundry room within a very awkward spot downstairs. Is it possible to move it upstairs? We hold a huge closet in our master bedroom explicitly at least 3 times the size of our current laundry room and we be hoping to move it there. How expensive would some piece like this be?
I think it would be awfully expensive because you would have to install washer/dryer hookups and nearby are also federal safety law to abide by. I think it would probably be smaller quantity expensive to try to expand the laudry room where it is very soon, and make it bigger. I don't know what your current laundry room space looks similar to now, or if it is even possible to remodel downstairs, but if at adjectives possible, save money and remodel your current laundry space.

Answers: It can be done. As previously mentioned, river lines close by to tap into are a must. later you have to construe about your drier....220 or Gas... get to get those lines in attendance too. If you have wet close by then you will also own a drain line close by to touch into. Make sure that the line is substantial enough to feel the washing domestic device. Code in some places may require a floor drain. You might estimate of Tiling the floor or there are Pans that you can put underneath the washer.
It is not an in-expensive job, but when you are done, mull over of how convenient it will be to not have to lug adjectives those clothes up and down the stairs every time you want to do a load!
oh yeah, sure you can move it anywhere you want to run plumbing. I watch my husband ( a self proclaimed DIYer) run plumbing and drains. It really doesn't seem that sturdy if to run water lines but we have a drain we could tap into handy.
