Is it a unpromising hypothesis to hang up a punching rucksack within the underground room from the ceiling? My husband has a wet filled punching backpack in the vault...

My husband has a wet filled punching backpack in the vault hooked to the ceiling on what seems approaching could be one of the main wood beam of the floor. The bag is really substantial of course. He constantly is training on the case for a professional MMA fight subsequent month. When you are down in the vault watching him punch (and he has VERY strong punches and kicks) it doesn't look approaching any of the boards are moving or anything the situation looks normal. But when you are upstairs it seem like an earthquake is adjectives! The tables, couch and everything shake very badly and its really loud. I'm worried I'll be sitting on my couch then progress crashing through the floor into the basement! Is it not well brought-up for the house (like the intergrity of the floor boards) to have the punching sack hang here? My husband thinks its fine and it isn't hurting anything. Will it be ok?

up to date answers or highly knowledgeable guesses only please =)
Answers:    As a retired structural contrive, I can tell you that as long as he's get it securely fastened to the floor smirk, there won't be any structural problems.

I'm assuming that the existing structure is within good shape and free of defect.

You don't have a structural problem, you enjoy a nuisance problem!!

Good luck to your husband surrounded by is fight art.
As long as it is for sure on a load carriage structural BEAM not a floor JOIST than it should be fine. I once had a beckon out to a floor that had some issues. It be this exact situation.(the bag be filled next to sand though) and this guy mounted it to a joist under the kitchen. On top of that, he have a water cooler contained by that same general nouns in the kitchen. Needless to say aloud it did not turn out good within that situation.
