Answers: yes. go buy another can of paint. no thing what you do to make the paint liquify, it won't be one and the same. you will alter the formula. it might not stick to the wall, the color will probably be a little bit different. don't throw away your energy. spend the money and formulate sure the lid is tight on the new can when you are finished drawing. good luck!
if it have a skin on top remove the skin using a small wooden stick add a touch of paint thinner and stir it should be ok later.
