Answers: Depends on the nouns and quality of the townhouse/apartment.
If you can afford it i would budge house. That way you are not buying into a apartment beside close neighbors. Also a house would be easier to sell contained by most areas and do better value perceptive. Has yard and so forth. But i.e. me.
the negatives of a house though are you enjoy to do lawn safekeeping.
But its not a bad time to buy beside rates down and you can negotiate the price down a bit if you are buying.
