Interior sculpture problem? when we painted the walls in our house the paint bubbled stale...

when we painted the walls in our house the paint bubbled stale the wall. i waited for them to dry and they would eventually stir down. in the areas that bubbled the paint peel easily. ok if i want to repaint do i strip the walls first? my mom said that in attendance was wall treatise that the previous owners didnt get past its sell-by date and thats why it did that, but i think the walls may enjoy too much old paint on them, im not a profecional so i dont know. what do you believe we should do when we paint strip the walls if so what to buy, or just paint? gratefulness!
Answers:    If you're going to paint, you need to look for the wallpaper that's still on your wall. They own a great stripper at Home Depot that you spray on , it disolves the glue, and you graze it off. Then wipe it down, sand a little would be angelic, and repaint.

I'm not a professional either, but I ruminate your mom may be right. Normally when you paint over wallpaper it will bubble a little, but I've never see it actually strip off confidently like you describe. I meditate I would probably try to remove some of the paint/paper on a small wall first and see how much work it's going to involve before I made plans to remove it adjectives. You might just want to re-texture the walls and re-paint after scrap any loose paint. Kinda hard to speak without in fact seeing it.
