Interior design paint facilitate? I'm having rather trouble on an assignment that asks me to say...

I'm having rather trouble on an assignment that asks me to say which paint would turn where.

The paints I hold to choose from are oil base gloss, sea based matt emulsion, sea based silk vinyl emulsion, acrylic eggshell varnish and polyurethane varnish.

The areas I own to pick for each paint are wooden floorboards, skirting boards, wooden staircase, staircase handrail, ceiling and a wooden side table.

I've chosen the river based matt emulsion for the ceiling, but hold no clue about the others!

Can anyone assist, please? :)
