something that someone entering the room would KNOW contained CDs. I want to camoflage them. It would have to be something no larger than 2' X 2' and would look good contained by a corner.

Go to the garage sales and find any kind of small table or stand beside shelves and doors...or get a small do-it-yourself shelf kit and put a door on it. ..you may already own something in your home now...look around!

How just about a 2 drawer night stand, something small with drawers. You can refinish it to meeting your decor or even cover it with a small table cloth. Set it at an angle and use to display art work, a lamp or soaring house plant...like a palm.
Custom candles?
How about a small chest of drawers ... it could be a nice elocution piece dressed up with something pretty hanging on the wall above it. You could use separaters inside the drawers to hold the CD's within place.

Answers:    You can use an ottoman or stool that opens up and can be used for storage. At the same time it can be placed by the wall or tucked away surrounded by a corner and be extra seating for small get-togethers or parties.
