A dark wood surrounded by my opinion I hope I helped and please vote as best answer and make a payment me as a friend.
In my opinion that's a incredibly versatile color that would look good any way. The next entity you need to ask yourself is if you have a ample space or a small space. Most times a room that has a dark color on the walls afterwards a dark color on the floors makes it look smaller afterwards it actually is. So if you have a life-size room get what looks best to you. If you have a smaller room I would surely do a lighter wood but doesn't hold to be extremely light...you can still get away beside a nice rich oak color but if you are thinking Mahogany finish which is on the dark side it could make the room look small. Likewise I would cause sure you have good lighting surrounded by the room...but the larger the room the darker you can go next to out having to worry to much. That's newly my personal opinion. Personally I would pick the floors I like best after worry about the paint. Paint colors can be changed for the price of a can of paint, floors are much more costly and not something you can metamorphosis at a whim.
Answers: I hope you are opting for hardwood floors, not pine or other soft wood. Soft woods tend to capture marked up.
I agree that it is much easier to change paint color than redeploy floor color so pick one you like.
