Tulle is thoroughly inexpensive and can give a nice roar to your decorating. Make bows out of it and tie to the chairs, swag around the balustrade (should be safe beside the lights). Potted flowers like geraniums and delicate and smell nice, lots of colors to choose from. You can buy hangers that will hang down the pots on the fence. An rime sculpture is always a fun model. Nature has charm on it's own, you don't need to turn overboard with too much lace, just relish the day. Hope it's sunny for you!
