I'm fine art my front door black. Is it okay to paint the trim black as very well?

Answers:    I've flipped 5 houses in the last 8 years and chose the paint assignment for each one myself. I always do ALL the trim to contest. (Windows, doors and roof trim). I prefer white or lighter trim than the base color of the house. It makes the window and door "pop" better than with a dark trim. Kind of close to highlighting in a painting. What color is the trim around the window? Do the door trim to match that. Good luck!
