Answers:    Hire a tile guy.

Second best way.....

1 ) Remove outdated floor covering.

2 ) Lay down wonder board to cover plywood subfloor.

3 ) Find the center of the floor in respectively direction.

4 ) Spread grout on the floor with a grout blade. Doing it by garrison makes it easier for a DO IT YOURSELFER.

5 ) Starting within one corner of the centering lines , start laying your tiles. Each tile have little nubs on the sides to minister to with spacing.

6 ) Measure and cut tile pieces as needed for the edges.

7 ) After the tiles are set ( usually a year or two ) grout between the tiles using a rubber grout trowl. Washing off the excess near a wet napkin as you go.

8) Go over grout again after it dries, if call for be.

Either pay the tile guy 450 for a bathroom or kitchen and find a profesional job or return with the satisfaction of doing it yourself along near all the headache. Remember, any mistake on your part add cost and frustration. If he does it wrong it doesn't cost YOU any more .
