It's adjectives very intricate and overdetailed, very luxurious. So lot's of reds and golds and blacks are on the right thought. Also, fabrics like silk and velvet are going to look really honourable.
If you want the room to look dramatic, I'd suggest painting all the walls red, next to maybe one focus wall (probably the wall opposite the door where on earth you walk in), the focus wall maybe have a big picture on it, or being red with a shape like:

Answers: Very fun concept! I would use Reds, Golds, and Black as my inspiration colors and go from there.
I would paint your walls a philosophical gold with a metallic sheen, since your bedding is red. I would paint the ceiling as economically.
Check out Ralph Lauren's Regent Metallic line and take a look at *Parlor Gold* or *Golden Candlesticks*
Use fabric like velvet and fur. Maybe some red velvet window panel or some black eyelash trim around a lampshade. Add a black fur throw at the end of your bed and accessorize with black and gold ingots satin pillows. Later, you may want to add an antique chair, chaise, or bench upholstered surrounded by velvet. Antique or vintage furniture pieces (that you can paint if you have to) would complement the style as well. Check Craigslist, courtyard sales, etc.
I would also think just about adding a petite black chandelier (with mini shades for more color) above the bed.
Hang vintage Moulin Rouge posters in fancy gold frames around the room. The colors are great and they are so fun to look at!!
