They only own solid colors, but if it is that bad, anything will assistance.
Get "written" green light to make any change, and do it rite, any property owner will welcome positive improvements done beside no ($$) expence to them!
Thats how I handle things when a tenant, wishes to make change!
Answers: I was leasing a townhouse and have the same problem. I go to an office supply approaching "Office Max" and purchased some rubber cement. It will allow you to peel past its sell-by date things that are stuck together. I used a very small amount of gum in solitary spots. I glued up the hot border. When it was time to confer on, I carefully pulled it down. Maybe one or two spots, but not a soul could tell. Good luck. Remember to simply use a very small amount of paste. If it falls down, just gum it back up.
