Ideas for reusing a voluminous bamboo picnic basket? I recently won a contest and get a huge gift picnic...
I recently won a contest and get a huge gift picnic basket filled beside cleaning supplies... It was the second place prize... the first individual my dream honey moon.. sighhh oh well. Anyway, I hold a large square bamboo basket that it come in and it's basically beautiful but does anyone enjoy ideas on how to reuse it?
If it is square as contained by the sides are at a 90 degree angle to the bottom, hang up it on the wall with the bottom against the wall (unless it is really huge) and use it as a patterned shelf to put pictures on.
magazine rack
roll towels and place surrounded by it
roll sheets and/or pillowcases and store in it
extra lotion bottles
place surrounded by closet with your socks or undies surrounded by it
books
currently due bills
stuffed animals in daughters or baby's room
use it to regift to someone else... possibly bridal shower (fill with kitchen utensils) or newborn shower (fill with acceptance blankets and baby clean, lotions, etc)

Answers: I use baskets adjectives over my home. There is one in the dining room for magazine and books, one in the hip bath for guest towels and lotions, one in the mud room for mittens and scarves and one surrounded by the family room for dog toys-another surrounded by the family room for foot held video games and remotes-and one by the back door for reporters and mail
