Answers:    Install tub, then tile THEN toilet.....you can purchase spacer for the aperture between subfloor and new tile. I STRONLY gladden getting heated flooring...not terrbily expensive, but NICE under tile...they are so toasty thaw out when you get out of the hip bath, or sitting on Potty in the morning! They are available thru Lowes and Home Depot, a short time ago add a thermostat and you are set. Best purchase I hold made lately.

Install tub and toilet flange first. Make sure flange will be level beside new stoneware
