The walls have be painted a light aqua, and I want to I don`t know hang cool curtains around my bed, and paint my ceiling near an iteresting pattern
Answers:    Those colors would lend themselves powerfully to a seascape subject matter room.

A literal interpretation could go as blustery as painting marine horses and coral on the walls .... putting salt hose aquariums in at hand.... or painting a giant octopus headboard 'attacking' the bed. Which I muse is rather cool within and of itself.... but..................

It doesn't have to be a literal interpretation....in recent times the colors that will give you the hypothesis of being surrounded by a seaside cabana. You could find some shadow box bedside tables. These enjoy a space on the top that is vast enough to put stuff contained by...then have a glass covering on it.
You saturate the 'shadow box' with white or brown sand..... later put some cool sea shells contained by there.
I suggest some really whispy white drapes to give drama to the windows ... tolerate them be long and pool a bit on the floor.
Think nautical without going too over-the-top.
Add some bright white candles placed contained by trays with sand surrounded by them... and some pretty river rocks or seashells around it. Get an even bigger glass dish and put sand contained by the bottom and add ten or so different sized candles ..... one beside a sea breeze scent.... and feathery them all for a 'fire pit' look surrounded by your bedroom.
Use grass skirts to make a sunshade for the top of your bed.... and for the bed skirt... to make a 'grass shore hut' look for very little money.
Keep the hearth rug a light buff...(like the color of sand)....add some plants of high grasses that you look as if you would find them near the seaside. (No cattails...that reminds people of ponds not the shoreline.)
Cover your furniture and pillows in a broad striped canvas type textile. Mix it up with solids of dark blues for accent color.....or if you want a really bright elocution color.... use a bright coral. If you use coral... do not use too much of it.... it is ONLY an powerful accent ..... using too much will overwhelm the room.
You can find sooo plentiful pictures with this issue.... check out the resale shops and Goodwills.....yard sale are great for this too.....check Craigslist.com ..... E-bay.... anywhere to save a touch money on the accessories...so you can splurge a bit more on the big items.

Good luck next to your room!
