It is doable but it will not be cheap and you will loose space or at least produce the rooms around the oval room less usable. One entity to keep within mind is that for a job close to that you will want a contractor that has done rooms close to that before the framing and sheet rocking of that room will be difficult and you want society that know what they are doing. So do your homework on it and you will have a striking room.
