I stipulation decorate Ideas for a tween room!? My tween is getting a new room but the solitary problem...

My tween is getting a new room but the solitary problem is, it was her brothers! Unfortunatley, she have to deal beside a navy blue hearth rug and black furniture.She wants to fashion it vibrant with a nice girly have a feeling (canopy etc.) but there isnt that much space. I would really appreciate if anyone could share decorate ideas near me.
What should i do next to a bunch...

What furniture to put on landing?
Navy blue and light, bright lime green would be a fresh combination! . also armada blue and yellow .. You should know how to find complementary calico, plaid and/or stripe fabrics to construct a "shabby chic" room ... maybe simply get a white basket weave chair, next to a cushion, until you can replace some of the heavier furniture with basket weave later on..And a white eyelet bed skirt and sunshade, under the mix&contest blue & green fabrics, would be really pretty (and not "babyish")
