My deep freezer or freezer chest is aged but still works great, it's just chipping paint or doesn`t matter what you call the stuff on the inside and where on earth it's chipping it's starting to rust. Is their something I can do to fix this or should I just throw this entry out.
there is a substance you can buy at the hardware store call EXTEND Rust Neutralizer made by a company called Loctite. i own used it several times for rust.
there in truth must be rust left for this stuff to work. can be painted over if entail be.

Yes, it can be. Just scrap rotten the paint and rust and then find a paint that will hug to metal.
Better yet buy a modern freezer and turn the old one into a meat smoker. Why? Because the outdated freezer is not energy reorganized and you will probably save surrounded by energy costs the price of the freezer surrounded by a couple of years.
