I a moment ago found out my home contractor have a Class A misdemeanor contained by another state. Should I fire her?

I just found out through a friend that my remodeling contractor have a recent (within the last year) Class A misdemeanor against her. She didn't disclose this when I interviewed her. She hasn't started work even so. I don't know what the misdemeanor is for. Should I fire her? Is there cause to report this to someone? and if so, who?
Answers:    wouldn't it make more sense to find out what the offense be and then determine if it will affect undertaking performance. conceivably it was for a protest (maybe something you also perceive strongly about, surrounded by which case you may extol her personal convictions) or maybe it be something trivial like smoking contained by a park.

When you interviewed her did you ask her specifically about any previous crimes she may own committed? If you didn't ask her regarding a criminal text, you may have a pretty lame excuse to fire her.
